One of our
team sponsors decided he wanted the best Jensen Interceptor in the
country, as one did not exist that met his requirements, we were
tasked with a complete ‘ground up’ rebuild to produce the car
desired.
This huge
task involved changing virtually every part on the car as well as
upgrading the engine, suspension and brakes amongst other things.
The rebuild took three years in between racing seasons, but we did
produce the most stunning car. Below are some before and
after pictures.
     
     
Formula Jedi. K2 provides
preparation, set up and occasional track support for Jon Hunter.
Results have improved dramatically.
   
2006 – Our No1 mechanic
worked for Dams who were running the French A1GP car. Our No2
mechanic worked on the Swiss car again run by Dams.
 
Early 06, Jono Coleman
asked us to re-build and prepare his Norma 2.0L sports prototype
for the coming season. We carried out the work and managed to
improve the car considerably. A No1 mechanic from K2 supported Jono
for the first 2 rounds at Jarama and Spa. Jono put the car on pole
for the Spa race.
  
Radical Enduro Prosport
Championship. - Five podium finishes, a
race win at the Nurburgring race and third place in the 2001
Championship.
Formula Euro first
Championship. - We competed in selected
rounds, had four pole positions .and took the lap record at
Brands Hatch in 2000
